Don’t forget to consider your artificial light sources, too, as these will have an impact on color appearance as well. Western or Southern light brings in a warmer tone, so reds, oranges and yellows are intensified. Typically, Northern and Eastern light is cooler and can have a tendency to soften or wash out a color, so go for more saturated hues to counter this effect.
